Washington University in St. Louis seeks a Supervisor to oversee daily activities of clinical offices, support staff, and ancillary services related to patient care in Chesterfield, MO.
You will ensure proper workflow, staffing levels, and adherence to patient care standards. The role includes interviewing and hiring staff, coaching performance, maintaining records, coordinating transcription, and serving as a liaison among providers, patients, and clerical teams.

Grade C10 Salary Range $54,600.00 - $81,900.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
