Northwell Health in Manhasset, NY seeks a Laboratory Operations Supervisor to oversee the Histology department's staff and daily activities. You will provide operational leadership, define scope of work, and drive results through execution and technical guidance in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, NYS CLS license, and 4 years of technical experience with 0-2 years in leadership (or a Master's with 2 years technical experience).

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Current License to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
• 4 years of technical experience, required and 0-2 years of leadership/management experience, preferred OR Master's Degree with 2 years of technical experience.

Job Description

Supervises and coordinates the staff and daily activities of staff in a laboratory. Drives results in

presenting organizational capabilities, defining scope of work and delivering results through
execution and technical guidance.
