Qualifications

Supervisor Clinical Equipment - Providence Home Services Oregon


Schedule: Full Time/ Days


The Supervisor HME Access Services provides direct supervision of Access team operations in Providence Home Medical Equipment Access Services. The supervisor is responsible for all operational functions including referral and patient access, accurate and timely completion of medical equipment orders, and facilitation of insurance payment through insurance verification and authorization processes. Position oversees the placement of orders for medical equipment, oxygen, sleep therapy, enteral feeding and related services.

Required qualifications:



  • Associate's Degree or 2 to 4 years related experience


Preferred qualifications:



  • 2 years experience with computer transaction system including data entry/inquiry in a complex business environment

  • 1 year Supervisory experience

  • Experience in insurance registration (qualification), phone center management, and customer service

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.


HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
