The supervisor is responsible for the general operation of the Department of Medicine. Supervises the business operations and activities of the department.

Required Qualifications:
  • Coursework/Training College level health care management course work. Or 4 years experience in managing or supervising a medical office.
  • Experience in a managed care environment and business practices.
  • Experience with advanced computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in public relations and customer service environment.
  • Budgetary experience including budget management and related budget reports.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
