Job Title: Supervisor: CIED Team Operations

Compensation Range: $39-$42

Location: United States, Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

About CRMS by DocGo: Cardiac RMS by DocGo is an innovator in digital health and remote care services, providing remote monitoring and patient management programs. It is a Medicare-approved IDTF offering Cardiac Implanted Electronic Device (CIED) monitoring and Virtual Care Management Services utilizing industry-leading cloud-based software. The team has extensive industry experience and maintains high certifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hybrid role: 40% clinical PCS responsibilities / 60% supervisory responsibilities
• Collaborate within a supervisory team to ensure operational continuity and communication
• Serve as a role model demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and productivity
• Perform PCS functions with quality and accuracy, providing timely reviews and reports
• Support and guide team members; respond to staff inquiries regarding documentation and clinical questions
• Coordinate daily team activities, create schedules, monitor workload, and adjust staffing as needed
• Monitor communication platforms, respond to messages, and escalate issues appropriately
• Handle clinical incidents: update incident tracker, perform root cause analysis, review findings, and suggest process improvements
• Maintain PCS-PES Matrix with team and clinic updates
• Keep the Associate Manager informed of team activities
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• IBHRE Certification preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical remote monitoring
• 3 months PCS experience at Cardiac RMS
• Leadership and supervisory skills; ability to work harmoniously with others
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, organization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage workflows and delegate tasks
• Remain calm and focused under stress
