Job summary

Nike Factory Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, is seeking a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to guide customers and lead a fast-paced team.

You will be the face of Nike, delivering exceptional service, managing store operations, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.

Candidates should be at least 18, have 1 year of retail experience, and be available to work nights and weekends. Full-time schedule is 34-40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.
