Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living

We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centered care during their assigned shift.

Position Details

• Full-Time Night Shift
• $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
• Compensation: $43.30 - $47.45/hour, plus shift differentials: Evening (M-F) $2/hour, Night (M-F) $2.50/hour, Weekend shifts $4.50/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Ensure quality care and continuous improvement in neighborhood practices
• Meet regulatory and nursing standards
• Assign and oversee staff duties, fostering a professional environment
• Coordinate staffing and lead care plan execution
• Monitor staff onboarding and participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Lead shift meetings and collaborate across departments to ensure safe, quality, and person-centered care

Minimum Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• At least 2 years of RN experience in continuing care or assisted living
• CPR certification
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
