Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the daily operations of the sterile processing department.
2. Demonstrate team leadership qualities and identify opportunities for process improvement.
3. Provide reprocessing services for sterile instrumentation across various areas.
4. Clean, assemble, and sterilize instrument sets for surgery.
5. Assemble and organize case carts for surgical procedures.
6. Stock supplies and perform biological testing of sterilizers.
7. Operate all sterilization equipment efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Sterile Supply.
• Certification or eligibility for certification in Sterile Processing Management (C.S.P.M) by CBSPD or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) with HSPA.
• If eligible, certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
