RWJBarnabas Health’s Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ is seeking a Supervisor, Central Sterile Processing. You will ensure the flow of equipment and instrumentation through SPD, plan, requisition, store and consult with OR service leaders and nursing staff to support safe, efficient operative care.
You will coordinate SPD activities with nursing staff, maintain equipment, and develop timely problem resolutions, while ensuring compliance with NJ DOH and AAMI standards.

The Supervisor ensures the appropriate continued flow of equipment and instrumentation through SPD. Adequately plans, requisitions, stores and consults with the Operating Room Service Leaders and nursing personnel. Coordinates SPD activities with nursing staff and service leaders and develops timely, in-depth problem resolutions.
