Job summary

1st Class Parking in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a Supervisor for our valet team. The role oversees daily valet operations, supervises attendants, and ensures top-tier customer service. The schedule is 40 hours weekly, with shifts from 3 pm–11 pm and 11 pm–7 am, including weekends.

Hotel experience is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish ability is required. Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisor experience in valet parking, a valid Florida Driver's License, a clean driving

Qualifications

• One year of experience as supervisor in valet parking.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid Florida Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Drive stick shift vehicles.
• Ability to run and remain standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the valet parking service.
• Supervise valet attendants to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure guests receive a positive first and last impression.
• Monitor vehicle flow, ensuring timely parking and retrieval.
• Train new valet attendants on company procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections of the valet area to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Manage and secure vehicle keys, ensuring proper tagging and storage.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or operational challenges to upper management.
• Assist with valet parking duties during peak hours if needed.
• Ensure valet attendants adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance.

Supervisor are expected to:
