Takes personal responsibility for creating an atmosphere of luck. The primary responsibility of this position will be to function as a Supervisor Casino Cashier. When functioning as a Supervisor, this position will monitor casino cashiering activities on the front line, in the specialty banks, in the master coin bank and coin redemption areas. Monitors Games Clerk & outlet cashier drop activities. Responsible for scheduling casino cashiers and games clerk personnel. Disseminates information to cashiers and games clerks in reference to internal control procedures, state regulations and customer regulations. Works specialty bank or front line upon request. Coordinates with Security and other related departments to ensure appropriate guest service. Assists in the development of training programs. Trains all new employees and retrains existing employees. Maintains and updates operating manuals and training material for department. When not functioning as a Supervisor, this position may function as a Cashiering Shift Manager. When functioning as a Shift Manager, this position will maintain and enforce physical safeguards over all monies, forms and records relating to cashiering and games clerk functions. Monitors activities that could affect the efficiencies and effectiveness of the department, including the internal control environment. Ensures regulatory compliance with all policies and procedures. Ensures maximum productivity, and a smoothly run operation. Ensures facilities and equipment are available and functioning. Supervises the operation of the cashier’s cage, table games cage, or slot machine cage in accordance with N.J.A.C 19:41-1.1(a)1.ix. Participates in the supervision, operation and/or support of Caesars multi-casino Bad Beat system.
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: College degree preferred. Strong interpersonal and communications skills required. Knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures. Strong leadership and customer relations skills. Three to five years supervisory experience required. Previous cashiering experience or related areas preferred. Experience in the management of a large staff and exposure to senior management helpful.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Starting Rate $55,000-$60,000
