Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Supervisor for Care Transformation. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee improvement projects, and ensure alignment with ambulatory quality goals.

This role focuses on coordinating resources, monitoring performance, onboarding new staff, and driving implementation of evidence-based interventions across departments.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of work experience in a project lead, team lead, or coordinator-type role.
  • Knowledge of ambulatory regulatory requirements (e.g. HEDIS, CMS, NCQA)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in ambulatory quality setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, finance, regulatory compliance and or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor staff performance and adherence to KPIs.
  • Provide project management support to leadership for improvement initiatives.
  • Track and report performance in programs.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing education for staff.
  • Organize interdisciplinary meetings to set scope and goals.
  • Coordinate resources with departments for piloting and deployment.
  • Assist champions in understanding roles for implementation.
  • Develop robust deployment plans and act as liaison for resources.
  • Coordinate with national programs for innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support ongoing assessment of supervised staff performance and adherence to KPSW.
  • Provide project management support to leadership for assigned improvement or care transformation projects as assigned.
  • Track and report ongoing performance in assigned programs/projects.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and ongoing education and development of current staff members.
  • Organize and facilitate action-oriented interdisciplinary meetings to establish a prioritized scope of work, clarify goals, and identify working team champions and participants.
  • Connect and integrate system departmental or community resources with initiative teams
  • Partner with facilities/departments for piloting, learning, deploying, and tracking proposed interventions
  • Assist initiative champions and team members in understanding their role for successful implementation
  • Develop robust intervention deployment plans
  • Act as a centralized liaison for implementation resources including Campaign development, system communications, education and training requirements, monitoring programs, best practice resources, program expansions including employee onboarding plans, reporting, ITS build requirements, and long-term refresher plans.
  • Coordinate with other gold standard national programs or collaborate to seek innovative methods to enhance programs.
Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years of work experience as a project lead, team lead, chairman, coach. coordinator, or facilitator-type role.
  • Knowledge of ambulatory regulatory requirements (e.g. HEDIS, CMS, NCQA)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in ambulatory quality setting

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written). This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver's License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
