Pay Range

This range is provided by Optimum Life Reinsurance (United States). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise Premium Accounting personnel, oversee processes for timely and accurate deliverables, and maintain detailed operating procedures and best practice documents.
  • Oversee account receivables processing, client billing, reinsurance partner compensation, and collection of overdue balances.
  • Manage team performance, provide feedback, and develop team members.
  • Establish work priorities, resolve escalated service and payment issues, and support team in avoiding delays.
  • Support escalation processes for wires and deposits, analyze complex payments, monitor client balances, and ensure KPI standards are met.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven supervisory experience in operations, accounting, or finance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and training skills.
  • Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • LOMA certifications ALMI and ARA.
