CVS Health is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of our leadership Benefits Verification team. Qualified candidates will be considered eligible to work from home but must live within a commutable distance from a CVS Specialty location.
The primary responsibility of the Benefits Verification Supervisor is to supervise staff in the Benefits Verification Department, and to provide direction to the staff within Pharmacy operations to ensure that patient benefits are verified in accordance to the company guidelines and that patient expectations are met to achieve exceptional customer service and business profitability.
In order to be successful in this role you'll analyze call/performance statistics and daily workflow to ensure that all production and quality goals are met, coordinate procedural changes, resolve issues/problems as it relates to the department and the company. In regards to the team you'll be supervising, you will evaluate and review their progress, coach, motivate & counsel staff including administering disciplinary action when necessary. To support the management team you'll be involved in interviewing and hiring, directing and implementing department and pharmacy wide projects. You should use your previous supervisory, organizational and production environment skills to be successful in this position.

The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
