Job summary

JCPenney in Austin is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support store leadership, drive sales, and deliver a great customer experience. You will help manage daily store operations, coach associates, and model company values in a fast-paced retail environment.

You should have supervisory experience in apparel retail, a track record of meeting sales goals, flexible availability, and willingness to travel occasionally to other stores if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in apparel/retail preferred.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $12.75/Hr -USD $17.50/Hr.
