Catalyst Brands is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support management in delivering a top customer experience and driving store results. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and foster a positive environment for colleagues and customers.

You will report to the Store Manager and be the role model for respectful, energetic service, while handling POS duties during designated shifts and stepping in for the Store Manager as needed.

Qualificações

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $12.75/Hr -USD $17.50/Hr.
