Qualifications

  • Vendor relationship management for design, testing, shipping, and implementation of future machines.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage small teams of 5-8 associates.
  • Provide guidance and training to QC Associates.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Track KPIs weekly and report insights to Senior Leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product Operations and Manufacturing leadership on timelines.
  • Analyze Maddox AI outputs and maintain Airtable data quality.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners and escalate issues as needed.
  • Oversee overnight shift (5pm–12am) for Maddox QC.

Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Maddox Supervisor in Sunnyvale, Texas. This role reports into the Manager, Autograph Operations, and is responsible for leading the Maddox AI team and managing key initiatives. The ideal candidate has prior experience with managing small teams, displays strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and has prior experience as a Project Manager. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.

Responsibilities
  • Manage small teams of 5-8 associates
  • Provides guidance and support to all QC Associates, to include mentorship and training
  • Partners with leadership to identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Track KPIs weekly to report key insights out to Senior Leadership
  • Works closely with Product Operations and Manufacturing leadership to effectively manage project timelines.
  • Conducts analysis on Maddox AI outputs to properly compile data in Airtable databases and address any quality discrepancies from Maddox AI
  • Effectively communicates to external partners and proactively escalates issues related to machinery
  • Supervise overnight (5pm – 12am) shift of associates running Maddox QC
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, or related preferred
  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Project Management, preferred
  • Proven ability to create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations to Senior Leadership, providing insights and updates effectively
  • Porven ability to lead a team and execute against a designed plan, providing critical updates along the way to all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage vendor relationship for design, testing, shipping, and implementation of future machines
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities to forecast and plan effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to both sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and some coding abilities preferred
