Job summary

Eagles Point Security in Los Angeles, CA is hiring a Full-Time Armed Supervisor to lead security operations. The role requires owning your duty weapon, BSIS Guard Card, and Exposed Firearm Permit, with 8+ hour shifts and the ability to work alone.

Responsibilities include patrols, access control, incident reporting, and enforcing site rules while delivering professional customer service. Salary is $24/hr with standard benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Great customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (Required).
• Must own your duty weapon.
• Fluent in English - verbal and written.
• Physically capable of standing/walking for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong-armed presence to deter unauthorized activity and enhance safety.
• Conduct continuous foot patrols and maintain high visibility across the property.
• Perform access control and ensure only approved individuals are allowed entry.
• Use scanning equipment to document checkpoint activity as required.
• Detect, observe, and report suspicious persons, behavior, or hazards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and property management.
• Submit clear, detailed incident and activity reports.
• Support emergency protocols and enforce property rules and regulations.
• Report broken equipment or potential safety/security issues promptly.
• Must be comfortable working alone.

Pay:$24hr
Shift: Swing Shift / Graveyard

Maintain a strong-armed presence to deter unauthorized activity and enhance safety
