Job Summary

• Schedule: 1:00pm to 9:30pm Monday to Friday
• Summary: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities of the anesthesia technical team within a healthcare facility.

Essential Functions

• Provide leadership and guidance to the anesthesia technical team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Coordinate the procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of anesthesia equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Ensure availability, functionality, and proper functioning of anesthesia equipment, such as monitors, ventilators, and anesthesia machines.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols for anesthesia technicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, safety standards, and best practices.
