Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Acts as an active member of the management team to support the care management model, standards of pediatric clinical practice, legal and regulatory standards, Code of Ethics and established policies.
  • Supervises professional, administrative and technical personnel providing care.
  • Partners with Ambulatory Manager/Director on business and financial operations.
Schedule & Location:
Location: Children's Milwaukee Campus - Onsite
  • Supporting the Inpatient Physical Therapy Team
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day-Shift); 40% Patient Care & 60% Administrative/Operational Duties
Education, License, Certification:
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy; Physical Therapy preferred
  • Current Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license in the State of Wisconsi; Physical Therapy license preferred
  • Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.
Skills & Experience:
  • 3 years of Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy experience; prior experience in a pediatric setting desirable.
  • Experience in Physical Therapy preferred
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
