Working in collaboration with the Director of Ambulatory Operations, the Supervisor leads and monitors daily operations, improvement efforts, transformational projects, clinic design, space allocation, staffing, performance improvement, business planning, patient experience, clinician relations, and care coordination for assigned small or micro-sized hospital-based or community-based ambulatory sites. The role exemplifies Service Excellence and supports strategic goals by modeling core success factors as outlined in performance reviews.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: At least three years of healthcare supervisory and operational experience, preferably in ambulatory settings. Internal experience may substitute for external experience.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of healthcare industry preferred, ability to multitask, and manage diverse staff.
