Job summary

KeyTronic in Corinth, MS is seeking a Production Floor Supervisor to lead and assess the performance of on-shift personnel, ensuring 100% utilization of equipment and adherence to policies during operating hours. The Supervisor is responsible for the operation/throughput/quality of all product/equipment during their shift.

• Performs other duties when required that are outside of normal job duties.

JOB SUMMARY: Production Floor Supervisor must be able to assist in, lead, and assess the performance of any floor employee to insure 100% utilization of the equipment/production time and employee issues during operating hours. The Supervisor is responsible for the operation/throughput/quality of all product/equipment during their shift. The Supervisor is responsible to ensure all company policies and guidelines are followed and enforced during plant operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Three five years experience in manufacturing.
• High School diploma and three to five years supervisor experience.

• Experience in global contract manufacturing and EMS industry.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee frequently works in outside weather conditions.
