About the Position

The Supervisor position is the first level of management at Freddy’s and plays an important role in ensuring smooth shift operations. Supervisors lead by example, overseeing daily restaurant execution to maintain quality, accuracy, and hospitality standards. This role focuses on coaching and supporting Team Members, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that every guest leaves happy. Supervisors guide shift efficiency, monitor food preparation and service, and uphold Freddy’s brand standards and culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to ensure that Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness are being followed.
• Provide exceptional guest service and set the example for team members through a positive attitude, order accuracy, and hospitality.
• Prepare and serve exceptional steakburgers, custard, etc.
• Uphold attendance, policy and procedure with yourself and team members on shift. Always uphold the three pillars of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Take initiative to provide great guest service by coaching and assisting team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, employee relations issues or injuries.
• Work together with your team on training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating team members. Supporting all coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Adopt a leadership attitude and willingness to train others on all shifts.
• Support strategies to ensure operations progress, sales growth, and team member retention.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
