Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants in a fast-paced car wash environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage daily operations outdoors, and participate in sales initiatives to grow revenue while maintaining safety and a positive culture.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry, with the ability to work evenings

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years of age or older
• 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Basic Computer Skills
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry‑specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources when appropriate
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be successful

General Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable (and willing) to work in both extreme outdoor weather elements – hot and cold

Compensation

$18 - $18 an hour
Hourly Rate + Commission
