Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a skilled supervisor to drive results at Waters Car Wash in Apopka, FL. You will manage a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to deliver exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere, while upholding safety and quality.

The role requires 1+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work outdoors in all conditions. 18 USD per hour with commission potential is offered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives.
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards.
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability.
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner; escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Offer training to employees not meeting our standard.
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be successful.

You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere. We need a dedicated team member that has experience in a supervisory role, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.

General Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years of age or older
• 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Basic Computer Skills
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable (and willing) to work in both extreme outdoor weather elements – hot and cold

$18 - $18 an hour
