• Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
• All other duties as defined by supervisor.

SUMMARY

The Supervisor oversees the day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs of specific accounts or group sites. A janitor supervisor has over 1 year of experience in the cleaning and/or janitorial arenas and is well-versed in safety requirements, equipment use, scheduling, and training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
