Job summary

Controlled Contamination Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs for select accounts. The role requires managing schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to safety requirements in sensitive environments.

Candidates with 1+ year experience in janitorial or cleaning, familiarity with GMP spaces or data centers may apply; training, performance reviews, and records management are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Ability to learn and understand Scope of Work & Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
• Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques
• Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
• Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
• All other duties as defined by supervisor.

Summary

The Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs of specific accounts or group sites. A janitor supervisor has over 1 year of experience in the cleaning and/or janitorial arenas and is well-versed in safety requirements, equipment use, scheduling, and training.

Shift Details

Sunday-Thursday, 2:30pm-11:00pm

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
