Wiggy-Wash in Utah is hiring a Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy car wash facility and ensure top-quality service for customers.

You will supervise attendants, train staff in washing techniques and safety, inspect vehicles for quality, manage supplies, and report to management. Applicants should be strong leaders with excellent customer service and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants and ensure policy adherence and customer service.

• Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy car wash facility and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service
• Train new staff members on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.
