Job summary

Finish Line Car Wash is seeking a highly motivated Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our facility in Missouri. You will lead a team of attendants, ensure service quality, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, be capable of training staff, and manage inventory and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
