Job summary

Nike Factory Store in Bend, OR is seeking a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to lead a high-volume sales floor and deliver Nike's renowned service standards. You will guide a team, support customers with product knowledge, and drive a strong store experience in a fast-paced setting.

As a full-time Specialist, you’ll collaborate with teammates, mentor colleagues, and champion the customer journey from entry to purchase, while adapting to nights and weekends as required by store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
