Controlled Contamination Services in San Clemente, CA is seeking a Janitor Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs for accounts. The position is full-time with a night shift, offering hourly compensation and a focus on safety and training.

The candidate should have 1+ year in cleaning/janitorial work, be capable of learning SOPs, managing staff, and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
• Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques.
• Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
• Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
• All other duties as defined by supervisor.

SUMMARY

The Janitor Supervisor oversees the day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs of specific accounts or group sites. A janitor supervisor has over 1 year of experience in the cleaning and/or janitorial arenas and is well-versed in safety requirements, equipment use, scheduling, and training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
