Pitstop-Car-Wash in Pearl Acres, LA is seeking a motivated Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our busy car wash facility and ensure customers receive the highest level of service. You will supervise attendants, train staff on washing techniques and safety, check vehicle quality, manage cleaning supplies, keep the site organized and safe, and prepare reports for management.

This is a full-time role requiring leadership and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
