Job summary

MOJO Family of Brands is seeking a Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy Duluth facility. You will lead a team of attendants, ensure quality service, and uphold safety and company standards.

This full-time position offers competitive pay up to $16 per hour, benefits after waiting period, PTO, growth opportunities, and free car washes. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants and ensure policy compliance and high service quality.
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing for quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform additional duties as needed by supervisor/manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy car wash facility and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service
• Train new staff members on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.
