Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen in California is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast-paced hourly team, ensuring guest satisfaction from shift start to finish. You will coach staff, uphold food safety standards, manage opening/closing operations, and partner with management to drive hospitality, quality, and efficiency.

Must be 21+, ServSafe certified, with 2–3 years of AM experience in fast casual.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification required.
• 2–3 years of AM experience in fast casual or quick service with opening experience a plus.
