Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants at NEW Speeders Car Wash (Coming Soon!) in New Brunswick, NJ. This outdoor role emphasizes safety, high standards, and hands‑on problem solving in an outside environment.

You will drive results, ensure guest satisfaction, and model Summit Wash Core Values. Prior supervisory experience and a passion for efficient service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Advisors, Operators and Attendants to deliver guest service.
• Drive results and uphold safety, quality and speed standards.
• Model company values and provide hands‑on guidance in daily operations.
