Job summary

AES Restaurants in Middletown, OH is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and foster a positive dining environment. You will coach and develop staff, manage service standards, and ensure safety, quality, and financial performance.

As the leader, you will drive guest satisfaction, oversee scheduling, inventory, and controls, and align with company goals. Reliable vehicle and ServSafe certification are required; full- and part-time shifts available.

Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
