Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Restaurant General Manager based in Wesley Chapel, Florida. In this role, you will create a positive dining experience, ensuring outstanding service and developing your team. You'll hire, train, and guide staff while implementing controls for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
