The Supervisor role at Morrison Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Media, PA. This role oversees daily foodservice operations, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure high-quality service and compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. The Supervisor coordinates meal preparation and service, supports patient and guest satisfaction initiatives, and helps manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls. This position also trains and mentors staff, assists with onboarding new team members, and promotes a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Morrison’s values.
