Job summary

Novo Logistics in Lexington, SC, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse activities, coach staff, and ensure safety and efficiency. You will oversee daily operations, motivate teams, and ensure accuracy in reporting and process adherence.

This role backs up the Operations Manager, assists in budget and process improvements, and collaborates with leadership to optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to supervise and coach employees.
• Strong safety mindset and compliance with procedures.

• Operate forklift and assist in other warehouse or plant duties as needed.
• Perform other requests and duties as assigned by the Operations Manager, General Manager, and/or Vice President of Operations, or upper-level management.

Job description

Assist and report to the General Manager in managing operations throughout the location. Responsible for all activities regarding the management of employees, monitoring safety, implementing operations procedures, improving efficiencies, managing assets and budgets, and any other requests or duties as assigned by the General Manager or upper-level management.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) plus years of warehouse experience.
