Job summary

MCM WORLDWIDE in Las Vegas is seeking a Selling Supervisor with luxury retail experience to lead front-line teams and deliver exceptional customer service. You will leverage product knowledge, build lasting client relationships, and support the Store Manager in daily operations, merchandising, and sales goals.

The role requires at least two years in a similar or supervisory capacity and a proactive, performance-driven mindset. The position is based in-store in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

Position Overview

As a Supervisor, you will be an integral part of MCM’s retail leadership team. The Selling Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of customer service by demonstrating advanced product knowledge, build quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. The Selling Supervisor is expected to be the link between the management team and the sales associates and assist in performing a wide range of functions from maintaining a clientele book, to merchandising the sales floor, and motivate employees on objectives sales to exceed goals.

The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, friendly with excellent customer service skills. Possess at least two years previous luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.

Experience & Key Competencies
