Job summary

Ziegler's Ace Hardware in Lake in the Hills, IL is seeking a friendly, dynamic Supervisor to lead a hardworking team and drive sales of Weber, Traeger, Stihl, and EGO products. This role requires daytime, evening and weekend availability.

You will be the face of the store, motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, manage stock and pricing, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused and sales driven.
