Job summary

Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants at Waters Car Wash in Kissimmee. You will drive sales initiatives, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest service in an outdoor, fast-paced setting.

The role demands 40 hours weekly including evenings and weekends, prior supervisory experience, and strong communication. Car wash industry knowledge is a plus, and bilingual abilities are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years of age or older
• 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources when appropriate
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be successful

You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere. We need a dedicated team member that has experience in a supervisory role, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.

General Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Basic Computer Skills
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable (and willing) to work in both extreme outdoor weather elements – hot and cold

$18 - $18 an hour
