GDI, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead and support team members, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage schedules, monitor employee performance, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. Hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm.

• Requirements: Ability to lead and supervise, standing/walking for extended periods, previous supervisory experience, reliable transportation, team collaboration, good time management and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communications skills, the ability to manage schedules, monitor employee performance, and ensure all tasks are completely efficiently and according to company standards.

Monday - Friday (6:00am - 3:00pm)

Supervisor Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• To lead and to supervise associates.
• Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards.
• Employee training and counseling
• Perform other assigned duties to support operations needs

  Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and supervise
  • Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work with other crew members
  • Good time management and attention to detail
