Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily janitorial operations at our Houston location. The role focuses on leading teams, maintaining safety and quality standards, and coordinating schedules while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, strong communication, and attention to detail to support a clean, safe work environment.

• Lead and supervise associates to ensure standard operations.
• Oversee janitorial work and floor projects to meet standards.

We are seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead and support team members, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communications skills, the ability to manage schedules, monitor employee performance, and ensure all tasks are completely efficiently and according to company standards.

Shift(s) Available

Monday - Friday (6:00am - 3:00pm)

Supervisor Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• To lead and to supervise associates.
• Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards.
• Employee training and counseling
• Perform other assigned duties to support operations needs

Requirements

• Ability to lead and supervise
• Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
