Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on each shift, guiding bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will coach hourly staff, manage service flow, and step in across roles to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality or guest-facing roles, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or guest-facing roles.
• Natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Floor-first work style—lead by example and stay engaged with the team.
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals and cost control.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift 25–50 lbs when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keep service flowing, and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and event support.

Overview

The RoleAs a Supervisor at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will lead the floor on every shift, support your team across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, and deliver the kind of guest experience that makes people want to come back.

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programs
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations throughout each shift
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment
• A natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally
• A floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift 25 to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
