MOJO Family of Brands in Millbrook, AL is seeking a Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy car wash facility and ensure customers receive the highest level of service.

The role leads a team of attendants, trains staff on wash techniques and safety, checks vehicle quality, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized environment while reporting data to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring policies are followed and customer service is exceptional.
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy car wash facility and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service
• Train new staff members on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.
