TASC, Inc. (Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities) is seeking a full-time Supervisor in Chicago. The Supervisor will lead staff in specialized case management services aiming to empower individuals reentering communities post-incarceration.

The Corrections Transition Programs (CTP) is a statewide network of clinical reentry management services with the overall purpose of increasing opportunities for successful reentry outcomes. CTP offers specialized case management services to assist individuals in preparing to reintegrate into their families and communities after incarceration. CTP works both inside prisons and in communities to provide reentry support, including, but not limited to, behavioral health referrals, public benefits enrollment, finding employment and housing resources, and obtaining state IDs and vital records.
We are currently looking for full-time Supervisor Starting at $51,204 $55,000 contingent upon experience, education, etc.
The Supervisor will provide the overall leadership of assigned programs, including program management, clinical supervision, personnel, and day-to-day operations of the assigned programs and services for the agency, including information systems and office management.
The Supervisor will ensure clients receive the highest continuity of care based on evidence-based research, treatment modalities, addiction intervention, AODA counseling, recovery support services and best practices by assisting in the development and implementation of, policies, and strategic goals of the agency and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the needs of our clients are met/maintained on an individual basis. This position supervises a team of Case Management and Office Support staff.
