The HCV Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bridgeport, CT responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program team. This role supervises staff workflows, assigns and reviews caseloads, monitors productivity, and ensures adherence to program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The HCV Supervisor supports staff through training, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain high-quality customer service for program participants, landlords, and community partners. Daily responsibilities include resolving complex case issues, approving key eligibility and leasing determinations, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation within internal systems. The role collaborates with leadership to implement process improvements, produce required reports, and support audits or reviews that promote program efficiency and compliance.
