The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Supervision Associate Analyst to join our Supervision team. You will build knowledge of banking regulation, source and organize data, and support examination activities across diverse financial institutions.
This role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting, strong teamwork, excellent communication, and readiness to travel up to 40%. Final salary will reflect background and market data.

The Supervision group is responsible for the supervision and regulation of state member banks (SMBs), bank holding companies, savings and loan holding companies, financial holding companies, bank service providers, trust companies, and foreign banking organizations that are headquartered in the Twelfth District. Supervised institutions range in size and complexity from small community organizations to some of the largest banking organizations in the country. Right now, we have an excellent opportunity for a Supervision Associate Analyst to join our team.
Base Salary Range: Min: $68,400 Mid: $89,000 Max: $109,200 (Location: San Francisco)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
