An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team as a Supervising Social Worker, managing a caseload of foster families.

Working for the Ofsted "OUTSTANDING" Midlands region of Capstone Foster Care, as a Supervising Social Worker, you will have the unique opportunity to work for a company owned by its employees through an Employee Ownership Trust. This structure enhances employee wellbeing, staff engagement, and a sense of achievement. We also invest in Learning and Development and provide annual salary increments.
In this role, you will oversee a manageable caseload of foster families within Worcestershire, working collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality, safe services for our foster families and the children/young people in their care.
The position is home-based with an expectation to attend the Stoke Prior Office in Worcestershire.
